Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Monongahela, PA to handle inbound calls, process orders and support the outside sales team.

In this in-office role, you will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with shipping and back-order teams, and ensure timely dispatch and tracking of orders, Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years inside sales experience; ERP/CRM experience; industrial background preferred.

• ERP/CRM software experience.
• Industrial, manufacturing, or construction background preferred.
• Purchasing, order entry, and expediting.
• Comfortable making cold calls, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.
• Confirms processing costs and orders; and tracks and expedites sales as required.
• Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders.
