Mr. Greens Produce in Miami is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage customer relationships, handle calls and orders, and collaborate with a team to meet sales goals.

The role requires a proactive communicator with prior inside sales or customer service experience, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and residency in the Miami area is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to enter data accurately and multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
• Prefer bilingual English/Spanish with Miami-area residency.

Overview

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary

Mr. Greens is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to help us achieve growth, retention, and sales goals through quality customer service and a deep understanding of our products and services. This position will be based in our Miami office.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty.
• Make daily calls to customers to inform them of product shortages and potentially offer alternative solutions.
• Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Respond to customer queries regarding products and services.
• Process phone and email orders from customers.
• Check stock availability and provide delivery ETA.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Previous inside sales/customer service experience required.
• Data entry, organization, multitasking and customer focus skills required.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Knowledge of the produce/foodservice industry is preferred.
