Job summary

Advantage Design Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to focus full-time on securing new sales within a dynamic, competitor-light market. You’ll be trained to sell our unique solution, attend trade shows, and generate webinar leads from five to ten states.

The team provides demos and support as you ramp up, with strong growth potential toward Sales Manager. This role offers significant earnings through a base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and profit sharing,

Qualifications

Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be focused full time on securing your next sale. At Advantage Design Group, you will not be bogged down with account management, RFPs, or non-sales activities.

We will teach you how to sell our unique solution that has virtually no competitors.

You will have the opportunity to attend trade shows to help fill your funnel with the many prospects you will meet.

ADG also hosts webinars that you can invite your prospects to, and you will receive all webinar leads from your assigned territory of five to ten states.

The ADG team will lead the demos you schedule, on your behalf, until you are comfortable doing them solo.

If you are interested in advancing to Sales Manager, that opportunity is available for you to earn by proving your ability to consistently secure new business.

We will equip you with all the materials and resources necessary to be successful, including a subscription to ZoomInfo.

This position offers significant growth potential in a wide-open market, and we want you to reach your maximum potential! You will report directly to the CEO, who co-founded the company as the original sales representative. Our company puts sales first, and we will do whatever we can to help you close the opportunities you present.

Unlike most products, we have only two competitors, and they are much smaller companies with less comprehensive solutions, which means you should win most deals even when prospects want to research the competition.

Salary, Bonuses & Profit-Sharing Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000
• Uncapped Commission - You are in control of how much you earn

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to make outbound phone calls to secure demos and close sales
• Ability to reach decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Consultative approach to recommend the best solution
• Quick learner and fast worker
• Enthusiasm, honesty, and a positive can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to close large-ticket accounts
• College degree is preferred unless you have five years of sales experience as a top producer
• Strong people skills
• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Most demos will be completed via Zoom, so experience conducting demos through Zoom is a plus but not required
