The role focuses on building customer relationships, quoting and processing steel orders, and coordinating with operations to ensure successful processing and delivery. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in the steel industry, understands service center operations, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of steel industry experience.
• Warehouse or service center experience is a plus.
• Steel sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Driven, dependable, and team‑oriented, positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
