Job summary

HyperHired LLC is launching a brand-new roofing sales site in Irving, TX. We are seeking a driven sales professional to knock pre-mapped neighborhoods, qualify homeowners, and book inspections, then run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned.

You’ll be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure, daily activity targets, and rapid growth toward leadership roles as you help us scale the new location.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound phone selling and lead qualification.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity targets.
• Comfort with commissioned earnings and rapid performance-based growth.

Responsibilities

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections.
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned.
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff.
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle.

Range: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year our team is growing FAST and launching a BRAND-NEW SITE in Irving TX. We are the trailblazers of the Roofing industry. What you'll be doing

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$80K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $200K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Prior outbound telemarketing experience, sales experience, inside sales experience. Also athletes, bartenders, servers etc have done well. Enthusiastic, confident, gift of gab, great communicators
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
