Job summary

Better Tax Relief, part of Better Companies, is the fastest-growing tax relief sales organization in the nation and was named a USA Today Top Workplace for 2026. We are seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives who want unlimited earning potential while helping clients achieve financial relief.

This role is based in our Irvine, CA office, Monday through Friday with weekend shifts voluntary after training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience and proficiency with sales technology.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Consult with individuals and families, presenting customized tax relief solutions.
• Guide clients through IRS authorizations, documentation, and payment arrangements.
• Close deals using proven sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Accurately manage your pipeline and track follow-ups within our CRM.

Our average inside sales representatives consistently take home $15,000–$30,000+ per month, and our top closers regularly exceed $40,000 per month. This role is based in our Irvine, CA office Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts voluntary after training.

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Pay: $18 per hour + uncapped commission.OTE is $80,000 - $350,000+ annually.

What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative

What You Bring

• Previous sales experience is required. A background in tax relief, mortgage, debt settlement, or student loans is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
