ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Washington state to support roofing, siding, and windows projects. You will engage customers, assess needs, and guide product selections while handling orders, payments, and coordination with warehouse staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and a collaborative approach to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer needs and recommend products.
• Use a product checklist and upsell related items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and address any shortages.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

Specific Duties May Include

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stockedAddressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific Qualifications Include

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented

• In accordance with Washington State law, associates accrue 1 hour of sick pay per every 40 hours worked, starting after 90 days of employment. 40 hours of accrued time may be carried over into the next year.

Pay Rate Information

$23-27/hr. Based on experience & qualifications.
