Job description

Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay: $30.00/hour

Join a respected local industrial and construction solutions provider as an Inside Sales Representative where your customer service and sales skills directly support projects across Hawaii. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning technical products, building long-term customer relationships, and managing orders from the first conversation through final delivery. You will receive hands-on product exposure, work closely with an in-house fabrication team, and grow into a trusted resource for customers.

• Weekly pay with direct deposit.
• Sick leave begins accruing after four consecutive weeks, up to 120 hours.
• Medical coverage begins after four weeks of employment on the first of the following month; the employer pays 100% of the individual Kaiser premium for participating employees.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be in charge of the following:

• Speak with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products, and explain how products work together.
• Prepare quotes, build orders, receive purchase orders, and coordinate requests with the in-house fabrication team.
• Track each order through completion, confirm proper sign-off, and notify customers when orders are ready.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with the confidence to ask questions and recommend solutions.
• Able to learn industrial and construction-related products, their applications, and how they are manufactured or fabricated.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, PDF editing tools, and proprietary industry-specific software.

Additional Job details:

• Evaluation-hire opportunity with one opening available.
• Role includes moving throughout a showroom and facility, including areas with stairs, to show and discuss products with customers.
• On-site parking is available; reliable transportation is recommended because a bus line is not available.
