Job summary

Keefe's A/C, Heating & Electrical in Harvey, LA seeks a results-driven Sales Advisor to conduct in-home consultations with residential customers, build accurate HVAC replacement estimates, and close deals. Appointments are set for you, with access to financing options and the support of installation and service teams.

You’ll leverage ServiceTitan CRM to track activity, develop client relations, and deliver top-tier products.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with experience in B2C in-home or home improvement sales.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with ownership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you).
• Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement.
• Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on financing options.
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, easily transferred to installation team.
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
