Job summary

Keefe's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc in Harvey, LA is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor for in-home consultations and HVAC system replacements. Appointments are set for you, and you will educate homeowners, present estimates, and close deals.

You will build lasting client relationships, track activity in ServiceTitan CRM, and collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless experience. A proven closer in B2C/home improvement sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you).
• Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement.
• Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on financing options.
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete for installation handover.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage referrals.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you)
• Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement
• Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems
• Educate customers on financing options
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM

• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Passionate about delivering value and building relationships
