Job summary

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric in Golden, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to convert leads into booked jobs and drive sales growth. You will engage customers by phone, text, and email, present service options, explain pricing, and coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inside sales or customer service, strong communication and persuasion skills, and experience with CRM/service software.

• Present service options and explain pricing, scope of work, and available financing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
