Ideal candidates will possess 1–3 years of sales experience and strong communication skills. BocaBella offers a competitive base salary of $50K–$60K, with OTE of $100K–$120K+, alongside hands-on training and a collaborative team environment.

We are building a high-performance Inside Sales team in Bethesda and are looking for motivated individuals who want to develop real closing skills, own their pipeline, and earn based on results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full sales cycle from cold call to close
• Make 50–65 outbound calls daily to dental practices
• Connect with doctors and office managers
• Send product samples to qualified prospects
• Follow up consistently to convert interest into orders
• Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot
