The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a valued member of our Sales organization and works to identify and service Eugia customers.
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for calling customers and potential customers with the purpose of selling Eugia sterile injectable medications. You must be a strong communicator and have excellent customer management skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer questions and objections. This role contributes to meeting our financial goals through signing new customer accounts and expanding current ones using Telesales techniques.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is a remote position. The position will cover the following territory: Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Understanding of pharmacy operations a plus
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills; skilled in persuasive communication and confident negotiating customer needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
Must be able to work the hours aligned with the assigned territory’s time zone
