Job Overview
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a valued member of our Sales organization and works to identify and service Eugia customers.
This is a hands-on role that is responsible for calling customers and potential customers with the purpose of selling Eugia sterile injectable medications. You must be a strong communicator and have excellent customer management skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer questions and objections. This role contributes to meeting our financial goals through signing new customer accounts and expanding current ones using Telesales techniques.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager and is a remote position. The position will cover the following territory: Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and customer contact targets to contribute to meeting Eugia financial forecast
- Develop customers through prospecting, profiling, coordinating calls, post-call follow up, customer service and customer education
- Contact customers and potential customers in hospital and alt site institutions to explain Eugia products including new and existing products
- Explain Eugia value proposition to customers and potential customers, driving preference for Eugia products
- Convert existing and potential customers use of key products to Eugia and ensure sustained and expanded sales of these products
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and challenges and explain Eugia solutions
- Collaborate with Territory Business Managers (field sales) to support customer needs introducing the sales team to customers where appropriate and necessary
- Log details of customer calls in salesforce.com, keeping accurate notes to facilitate customer relationship management
- Collaborate with other Eugia departments on securing customer contracts, pricing offers, and other needs tied to getting products on contract
- Generate customers insights based on customer calls to inform commercial strategy including identify market intelligence on competitive activity
- Perform other job-related duties as requested and works effectively with other team members to ensure the goals and objectives of the organization are met

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
- Understanding of pharmacy operations a plus
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills; skilled in persuasive communication and confident negotiating customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams
- Must be able to work the hours aligned with the assigned territory’s time zone
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry required;
- Preference given to candidates with previous Telesales experience
- Previous experience with generic injectable or hospital products is a plus
Physical Requirements
OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to:
- Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
