Are you a driven, customer-focused professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base while supporting a seamless sales experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Denver, PA.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into long-term customers
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to drive market share and meet sales goals
  • Qualify and nurture leads while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage opportunities, and report on sales metrics
  • Assist with quotations, order processing, and administrative support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account activities and communications
  • Support the sales team in achieving collective goals and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED (post-secondary education preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license
