Job summary

Bron Tapes, Inc in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator I for a day shift, Monday through Friday. This entry-level position requires prior machine operation experience and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment.

You will slit adhesive materials, package and prep orders for shipment, and operate various machinery with proper setup. The role entails lifting up to 60 pounds, maintaining quality and safety standards, and participating in inventory and maintenance

Qualifications

• Entry level position; previous machine operator experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Forklift experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Slitting adhesive materials per customer specs.
• Package and kit orders; prepare shipments.
• Operate slitting machines, shrink tunnels, pallet wrappers, presses and basic CNC programs with setup guidance.
• Perform quality inspections of finished goods during and after production.
• Use Warehouse Management System to track material and orders.
• Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management and validation.
• Follow machine maintenance schedules and keep logs.

Job description

Starting salary for this position is $21/hour. Previous machine operator experience is required.

This is a day shift, Monday through Friday. Open until filled.

Job Summary

The Machine Operator I is an entry level position which supports the organization by performing essential warehouse tasks and operating various machinery. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Slitting a variety of adhesive materials per unique customer specifications
• Packaging and kitting orders
• Preparing orders for shipment per customer requirements
• Operating slitting machines, shrink tunnels, pallet wrappers, click presses, and basic CNC programs with proper set-up techniques, diagrams, and work instructions
• Performing Quality inspections of finished goods during and after production
• Utilizing Warehouse Management System to track material and record orders
• Maintaining lot segregation and quality control throughout the warehouse
• Material handling, inspection, and product verificationli>
• Participate in inventory management and validation
• Adhering to machine maintenance schedules and maintaining service logs
• Process documentation and adherence to robust quality program
• Maintaining safety, organization, and cleanliness of warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

• Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and understand written direction
• Technical hands-on material handling experience is a plus
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards
• Highly attentive to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced production and sales environment
• Some experience with forklift operation preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred

Physical Requirements

• Good mobility and able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods during shift
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse which may require lifting, standing, and carrying, during the workday
