Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies, Tulsa, OK, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team, providing customer service, product expertise, and order support.

The role requires experience in retaining customers, processing orders, and sourcing quotes from vendors. You will collaborate with the outside sales team and leverage MS Office and Epicor P21 to drive sales and ensure timely delivery.

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative/ Tulsa, OK

FCX Performance/EADS is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Inside Sales Representative with Eads Distribution, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team; providing customer service, advise, and product expertise.

What you'll do:

• Proven experience in retaining customers and building repeat sales.
• Successfully sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors in an accurate and timely manner with efficiency in vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle
  correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.

We Seek:

• Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace preferred.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Technical/flow control industry and instrumentation knowledge preferred.
• Mechanically inclined-we can train!
• Computer proficiency including MS office-Epicor P21 a plus!
