Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for an established equipment rental company in the Dallas area. This position is responsible for assisting customers with equipment rental needs, recommending rental solutions, building customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include answering calls, reviewing requests, negotiating rates, identifying leads, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact inactive and former customers to generate repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
