Basic Function

Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing strong business relationships and identifying potential opportunities with new and existing customers. Collaborate with sales to work with internal departments to attain company's sales goals and maximize profitability.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time - 100% On-Site

Responsibilities

• Recognize, isolate, and solve problems with customers and internal departments to improve processes, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize sales in the assigned territory by developing strategic account plans based on purchase history, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment by collaborating with internal teams for timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and expand GITI dealer network through strong relationships and understanding of customer needs.
• Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support retailers and wholesalers with training and promotional activities, providing information via phone, email, or face-to-face.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GITI Tire’s product line and competitors’ offerings.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, communicating account performance to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Prior account management experience or relevant roles highly desired.
• Basic tire sales or vehicle maintenance experience beneficial but not required.
