Job summary

SmartFinancial is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing, tech-enabled insurance marketplace. You will make 150-250 outbound calls daily to agents and agencies, pitch the platform, run full sales cycles, and close deals.

Build strong relationships, manage your pipeline, and keep CRM data current. The role offers a $45,000 base with uncapped commissions, with most reps earning $80k-$150k+ and top performers over $200k.

Qualifications

• Phone-based sales experience preferred.
• Track record of meeting or beating targets.
• Experience running full sales cycles.
• CRM and sales automation experience.
• Fast-moving, adaptable and resilient.
• Bonus: B2B, inside sales, digital marketing, or insurance background.
