Baker Metal Works, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with telephone and walk-in customers in Theodore, AL, guiding them through the purchasing process for metal roofing products and related services.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure accurate orders and payments, and collaborate with lumberyards and manufacturing staff to meet customer needs in a fast-paced metal roofing and construction environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of Construction and/ or Metal Roofing Industry.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional listening skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to ensure repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in customers
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery information accuracy and secure payment
• Maintain strong working relationships with lumberyard and manufacturing employees to better service customers
• Stay up to date and well versed on all software and required technologies needed to be relevant in the metal roofing/ construction industry
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
