Batesville is seeking a results-driven sales professional to call on assigned business clients, promote direct and indirect sales by phone, and build lasting relationships. You will organize compelling presentations, document insights in the CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/marketing, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for calling on assigned business clients to generate sales revenue. Our primary responsibility is to promote direct and indirect sales via phone customer relations. Position must create, organize, and maintain professional and effective sales presentations. Proactively builds relationships using Batesville’s standard sales process, while also effectively communicating with Batesville associates and customers to continually monitor, document and provide feedback to our sales, support, and development teams.

The expected base hourly range for this role is $25-$27 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.
