Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to all customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Generates all sales operations documents and distributes them to respective departments.
• Guides and assists in complaint resolution to ensure proper customer service.
• Follows up regularly on unresolved customer issues.
• Reports on out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
