Job summary

National Trench Safety, LLC seeks an Inside Sales Rep I in Charleston to respond to customer inquiries, process orders, generate sales documents, and coordinate between customers, branches, and outside sales representatives. This is a safety sensitive role requiring adherence to safety policies and regulations.

The position emphasizes excellent communication, quick learning, and strong organization as you handle invoices, contracts, pick lists, packing lists, returns, and after-hours calls,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Inside Sales or sales desk.
• Experience in construction equipment or underground safety rental is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Generate sales documents and distribute to departments.
• Assist and resolve customer complaints to satisfaction.
• Provide data and backups to customers and branches.
• Follow up on open issues with customers and branches.
• Report out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
• May handle after-hours calls and document complaints.
• May open/close operations facilities.
• Perform other duties as requested.
