Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Inside Sales Rep or on a sales desk, preferably in construction equipment/underground safety rental.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Generate and distribute sales documents (invoicing, contracts, pick list, packing list, returns).
• Guide and elevate complaint resolution to ensure customers are properly served.
• Provide data and backup data to customers and branches as requested.
• Follow up with customers, branches, and shop/yard operations on open issues.
• Report on out-of-line conditions affecting customer satisfaction.
• May handle after-hours calls and document complaints for resolution at some branches.
• May open/close operations facilities at some branches.
• Perform other duties as requested.
