Job summary

Arc3 Gases in Baden, PA, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to grow profitable sales by providing technical expertise, support, and service to customers and the Arc3 sales team.

The successful candidate will sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases along with welding supplies, assist walk-in customers, handle calls, paperwork, and loading of customer vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires US work authorization.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Must have valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to obtain Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Sell gases, welding supplies, and related equipment to walk-in customers.
• Provide timely, excellent customer service and handle inquiries and paperwork.
• Advise on equipment and materials and procedures for tasks.
• Maintain welding product knowledge and self-management to deliver service.
• Identify customer needs and relay to Arc3 personnel.
• Notify purchasing on shortages or outages of products.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and integrity.
