Job summary

Arc3 Gases is seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Baden, Pennsylvania store to grow profitable sales by providing technical expertise, support, and service to walk-in and phone customers.

The ideal candidate will have welding product knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to manage orders, advise customers on equipment, and build lasting relationships while ensuring timely delivery and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Welding or Technical Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell industrial, medical, and specialty gases along with welding supplies and related equipment to walk-in customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, handling complaints, and processing purchases.
• Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to complete tasks.
• Possess welding product knowledge and self-management skills to deliver superior service.
• Anticipate customer needs and share information with Arc3 personnel.
• Notify purchasing when there is a shortage or outage of products.
• Maintain integrity, urgency, reliability, and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver products when needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Support team by preparing orders and ordering supplies as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Arc3 Gases.
