Qualifications

• Ability to learn and understand new software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative/team-based management style preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver license with a safe driving record.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries for estimates and quotes promptly.
• Provide cheerful, professional customer service.
• Use CRM to manage the customer base.
• Assist with scheduling freight for orders.
• Coordinate with order fulfillment on deliveries.
