Job summary

Rentafence Wholesale, Inc. is seeking a versatile labor assistant to support unloading fence panels, poles, and materials at our work sites and help install driven fence according to project specifications.

You will perform safety inspections, check tool conditions, and help ensure all required materials are on the truck before leaving for the job site. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred, with a California driver's license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and 6+ months general labor experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to document basic information on designated forms.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist fence driver with unloading fence panels, poles, and materials at job sites.
• Assist with installation of fence panels using prescribed tools and procedures.
• Perform daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and safety checks for tools and equipment.
• Ensure loads include all materials and tools needed to complete service tickets.
• Follow safety rules and operate the fence vehicle to designated sites as required.
