Job summary

Portland Glass in Nashua is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service and grow customer satisfaction. You will perform outside calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries, and manage quotes with customers while handling scheduling, orders, payments, and insurance communications.

The role emphasizes strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.

As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include: Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc. Bring your skills and achieve success.
