Job summary

Portland Glass, part of Neighborly, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Nashua, NH. You will provide outstanding customer service, generate leads through outbound calls, and follow up on estimates and quotes to drive conversions.

In this role you will also handle scheduling, orders, receiving products, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies. This position offers full benefits and opportunities to grow within a national network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug test as required by state law.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and grow customer satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Follow up on job estimates and quotes with customers.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving products, confirming appointments, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with insurance companies as needed.

As an Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction
• Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years\' experience in customer service required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
