Job summary

Portland Glass, part of the Neighborly family, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Damariscotta, ME. You will deliver outstanding customer service, grow leads, and follow up on job estimates and quotes.

This part-time role also handles scheduling, order processing, payments, invoicing, and coordination with insurers. Competitive pay based on experience and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test per state laws.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and grow customer satisfaction.
• Make outside calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Follow up on estimates and quotes with customers.
• Admin duties: scheduling installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing.
• Communicate with insurance companies when required.
