Portland Glass is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Nashua, NH team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, generating and following up on leads, and supporting scheduling and administrative tasks related to glass installations.

A strong emphasis is placed on communication and accuracy in handling estimates and payments. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by growing customer satisfaction.
• Make outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquiries.
• Follow up on job estimates and quotes with customers.
• Administrative duties such as scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, and communicating with insurance companies.
