Job summary

City Produce is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. You will receive customer orders, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and conduct follow-up calls while highlighting featured products to grow sales.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy. Work schedule is Day Shift: 6:00am – finish, Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed. $18.00/hour plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming orders from customers and answer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform follow-up calls with customers.

• Ensure accurate data entry and logging of customer interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area as needed.
