Job summary

Piazza Produce, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Associate to handle incoming orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues while presenting new items to customers. You will process orders, upsell products, attend quarterly meetings, and work Sunday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm with Tuesdays and Saturdays off, earning $18.00+ per hour depending on experience.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 1 year experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Enter customer information and process orders accurately.

• Explain new items and featured products to customers.
