Accounting Career Consultants seeks a skilled Inside Sales and Product Support specialist to bolster Cleaner Refining M&R aftermarket growth. You will be the technical-commercial first line of support for regional sales teams, shaping quotes, pricing inputs, and proposal clarity.

This hybrid role blends sales service with product insight, coordinating RFQs, maintaining CRM/Epicor data, and ensuring smooth quote-to-order transitions while gathering customer feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or technical product support.
• Familiarity with RFQ and quote management processes.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and ERP data for forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-line technical-commercial resource for Cleaner Refining M&R aftermarket offerings.
• Develop complete quote packages, coordinate RFQs with suppliers, and track revisions.
• Maintain CRM/Epicor data and ensure up-to-date proposals and reference materials.
• Support order handoff and ensure smooth quote-to-order transitions to execution teams.
• Capture recurring customer questions and feedback to inform product improvements.
