Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Centennial, CO team. This on-site role focuses on warm leads, guiding customers through consultation and quotes to convert inquiries into booked services.

A 8–5 schedule (or 9–5) Monday–Friday, with no weekends, and a temp-to-hire path with growth potential. The position offers pay of $24.00–$27.00/hour with target earnings of $65,000–$70,000+ annually (base + incentives).

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of phone-based sales or customer service experience.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls and closing business.
• Strong conversational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries and warm leads.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and provide quotes.
• Use CRM, quoting software, and survey tools to assess needs.
