Job summary

Promenade Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to upsell and cross-sell to our florist customer base. You will manage relationships, expand product usage, and forecast opportunities in Salesforce, while hitting monthly targets.

This role offers a hybrid work setup with Santa Monica HQ proximity, competitive base plus OTE, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build relationships with SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Upsell & Cross-Sell: engage with existing florist customers to promote services and products.
• Account Management: build relationships and understand customer needs.
• Pipeline Management: maintain a pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Product Expertise: understand BloomNation products and articulate value.
• Customer Advocacy: relay customer feedback to internal teams.
