Promenade, formerly BloomNation, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to upsell and cross-sell to our florist customer base. You will manage accounts, identify growth opportunities, and forecast pipeline with Salesforce, while delivering consultative guidance and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell to existing florist customers to grow account value.
• Manage accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
