Job summary

VentureTech Solutions in Fort Lauderdale is expanding its sales team and seeks experienced Sales Representatives, Account Executives and related roles to drive our financial services solutions. This position offers base salary plus uncapped commission and leads provided.

You will conduct consultative, phone-based sales with inbound and outbound prospects, close deals, and advance within a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability.
• Excellent phone communication and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and competitive.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Speak with qualified inbound and outbound prospects interested in financial relief solutions.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify each client's needs.
• Present settlement solutions with confidence and professionalism.
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize closing opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
