Job summary

Romex Pest Control is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with potential customers and guiding them from first contact to closing, while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role requires 1–2 years of inside sales experience (pest control preferred), strong communication, CRM use, and the ability to meet sales goals.

Base pay with uncapped commission; Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with rotational Saturday shifts; competitive benefits

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales experience (pest control industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, guiding prospects through every stage of the sales process from initial inquiry to a successful service delivery.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads, answering questions, addressing concerns, and converting interested prospects into loyal customers.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities, follow up on existing leads, and re-engage previous prospects.
• Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their pest control concerns and recommending customized service solutions.
• Educate potential customers on Romex services, service plans, pricing, and value propositions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Overcome objections and communicate the benefits of partnering with Romex.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers through calls, emails, texts, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize customer value.
• Stay informed on industry trends and promotions to position Romex in the marketplace.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings to improve sales skills.
