You will manage a high-volume pipeline and work with support teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales experience (pest control industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from inquiry to service delivery.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads, answer questions, address concerns, and convert prospects.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
• Build trust by understanding customers' pest control concerns and recommending solutions.
• Educate customers on Romex services, plans, pricing, and value propositions.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and metrics.
• Overcome objections and communicate benefits of Romex.
• Document interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Maintain communication with customers via phone, email, text messages, and follow-up campaigns.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and promotions.
• Participate in coaching sessions and training.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
