Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning in Rochester, NY is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to develop prospects and interact with customers primarily by phone. You will work with field teams including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.

Job Description

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY location. The Inside Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. You would work directly with team members in the field including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
• Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• HVAC knowledge or experience a plus

The starting pay rate for this position is $22.00/hr plus commission. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
