Job summary

Compass Registered Agent, based in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a confident Inside Sales Representative to engage prospects by phone, email, and other channels. You will learn our services and sales process, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings with the sales team in a dynamic, in-office role.

You’ll receive hands-on training, mentor‑led guidance, and opportunities to advance based on performance. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule in a downtown Clearwater office.

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound calls and email outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Start conversations with business owners and introduce Compass Registered Agent services.
• Ask questions to understand prospective clients' business needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and continue developing your sales skills.
