Job summary

Texas Pride Disposal in Michigan is seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for identifying leads, prospecting, and selling our roll-off containers to construction and permanent customers. You will meet with new and existing clients to deliver sales presentations and close deals.

Key duties include managing prospects, re-signing contracts, supporting pricing initiatives, and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Exposure to waste or service industry is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new profitable roll-off business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Performs contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Responds to cancellation requests per policy.
• Delivers sales presentations and closes sales with key decision makers.
• Maintains awareness of market trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Knows company services, pricing, and offers additional solutions to grow revenue.
• Completes paperwork in a timely manner and reports progress to Sales Manager.
