Job summary

Sage Rental Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Deer Park team. You will handle customer inquiries, quotes, contracts, and orders, while supporting outside sales and coordinating with operations to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or rental-related roles, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. This is an on-site role in Deer Park, TX with growth opportunities within the branch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales, or rental industry.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, walk-in traffic, and rental requests.
• Prepare quotes, rental contracts, and sales orders to support outside sales.
• Assist customers in selecting rental equipment and solutions.
• Communicate availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and service timelines.
• Demonstrate products and explain applications when needed.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field personnel to meet customer expectations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, bids, and proposals for opportunities.
• Maintain customer account information and sales documentation.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls and maintain logs.
