SAGE Rental Services in Deer Park, Texas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the key link between customers, Outside Sales, and branch operations. You will coordinate rental transactions, assist customers, prepare quotes, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or inside sales, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and clean record.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
• 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales, rental industry, construction, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and rental requests.
• Assist Outside Sales by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
• Help customers choose rental equipment and solutions for their projects.
• Communicate availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and service timelines.
• Demo products and explain equipment applications as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships with responsive, professional service.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field personnel to meet expectations.
• Prepare quotations, bids, and proposals for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls with proper logs and records.
