Quill, a Staples company, seeks an Inside Sales Site Development Representative to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective locations within our managed accounts. You will join a fast-paced team, collaborate with account management, respond to customer needs, and prepare quotes to drive revenue.

This role emphasizes outbound calling, prompt follow-ups, and leveraging Quill’s value proposition to exceed monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of sales or service in a B2B environment.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to reactivate inactive customers and drive revenue growth.
• Identify needs at prospective locations and convert opportunities within managed accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare negotiated quotes for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in CRM.
• Collaborate with account management and sales specialists to uncover cross-sell opportunities.
