Job summary

Rocket Pest Control in Tampa, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, set up new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and document notes in each customer file.

The role requires a High School diploma, strong communication, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and reliable transportation. Full-Time, non-exempt, with weekday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Engaging customers to qualify needs and provide information on products and services following call flow guidelines.
• Completing phone sales, sending E-Contracts, and setting up service.
• Attaining conversion goals and other performance metrics.
• Selling residential pest control services and related offerings.
• Creating service accounts for new customers.
• Collecting payments and applying to accounts.
• Scheduling inspections and quality control visits.
• Entering lead information into PestPac/Velocify and maintaining data accuracy.
• Assisting with high-volume customer service during peak hours and resolving billing issues.
