Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of technology is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by analyzing current office technology and proposing custom solutions.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable products or services by Century.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
